Plain-English versions of the rules of the night, how we handle your information,
and how we work to keep this site usable for everyone. Last updated 2026.
Section 01 · Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms apply to Take Me Back Bingo events, ticket purchases, and use of this
website. By buying a ticket or attending an event, you agree to them. We may update
the terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.
Tickets & Entry
All ticket sales are final. No refunds and no transfers between events.
Every Take Me Back Bingo night is 21 and over. Valid government photo ID is required, no exceptions.
If we cancel a night for any reason, ticket holders receive a full refund automatically. We are not responsible for venue-side cancellations beyond our control.
Tickets may not be resold above face value. Tickets purchased through third-party resellers may be void at the door.
At the Event
Treat hosts, DJs, venue staff, and other players with respect. Harassment, slurs, fighting, or threatening behavior are grounds for immediate removal without refund.
The venue and Take Me Back Bingo reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely.
Photos and video are taken at events for marketing and social media. By attending, you grant Take Me Back Bingo permission to use your likeness in promotional material. If you do not want to appear, let staff know on arrival.
Outside food, drink, and audio equipment are not permitted unless approved in advance for private bookings.
Prizes
Prizes vary by event and venue and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
Winners must be present and 21+ to claim. Prizes left at the venue after the event become the property of the venue.
Site Use
The interactive game on the Play page uses 30-second song previews from the iTunes Search API for demonstration purposes only. It is not an official broadcast or rebroadcast of copyrighted material.
You may not scrape, mirror, or republish this site or its assets without written permission.
The site is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime or availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Take Me Back Bingo, its hosts, partners, and
venue operators are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or
indirect damages arising from event attendance or site use. You attend events at
your own risk.
These terms apply when you book Take Me Back Bingo for a private event,
a bar or nightclub takeover, corporate party, birthday, wedding, or anything
else. They’re separate from the public-event ticket terms above.
Deposits
A 50% deposit holds your date. Without the deposit, the date is not reserved.
Deposits are non‑refundable. They cover the host time we block off, the prep work, and the dates we turn away while holding yours.
Final balance is due on or before the day of the event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule up to 14 days before your event at no extra cost, subject to date availability.
Inside 14 days, rescheduling is at our discretion and may carry a fee to cover lost prep and held availability.
If we cancel a private booking for any reason, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
Travel
We’re based in New York and New Jersey, fully mobile.
Events within 50 miles of New York City are included in the base rate.
Beyond 50 miles, travel fees apply (mileage, lodging if needed). We quote travel in writing before any booking is confirmed.
What’s Included
Your quote covers the host on the mic, the DJ, the cards, the prizes (where the
package includes them), and the sound and lighting we bring. Venue, food, and
bar are your responsibility unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Conduct & Removals
Same standard as our public events: hosts, staff, and guests get treated with
respect. Harassment, slurs, fighting, or threatening behavior are grounds for
immediate removal without refund.
Photos & Media
We may take photos and short video at private events for our portfolio and
social channels. If you’d prefer we don’t, just say so in writing
before the event and we’ll honor that.
We try to collect only what we need to run the business and let you know about
upcoming nights. No data is sold to third parties.
What We Collect
Newsletter signups: the email address you provide. Used only to notify you about new dates, cities, and early ticket drops.
Booking and contact form submissions: the name, email, and message you submit through forms on this site. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
Ticket purchases: processed by third-party ticketing platforms with their own privacy policies. We do not store payment information on this site.
Anonymous analytics: aggregate page views, referrer, device type, and approximate region. Used to understand which cities and pages perform best. No identifying information is recorded.
How We Use It
To send the events newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
To respond to booking inquiries, press inquiries, and customer-support questions.
To improve the site (which pages convert, where people drop off, which cities are searching for us).
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your email address or any other personal data.
We do not share your information with advertisers.
We do not run third-party ad networks on this site.
Cookies
This site uses minimal first-party cookies to remember preferences (e.g., whether
you've dismissed a notice) and anonymous analytics cookies to measure traffic. You
can clear these at any time from your browser settings.
Request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing the same address. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version goes live on this page with a refreshed
"last updated" date at the top of the legal page.
Section 04 · Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site and attend our nights. We work to meet
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
standards across the website and to make our events welcoming and accessible.
On the Website
Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and proper heading hierarchy so screen readers can navigate.
Sufficient color contrast on body text and primary actions.
Keyboard navigation supported throughout. Tab order is logical and focus is visible.
Alt text on meaningful images. Decorative images are marked as such so screen readers can skip them.
The interactive bingo game on the Play page honors prefers-reduced-motion. Pulse and tilt animations are disabled if your system has reduced motion turned on.
A voice "yell to win" feature is included as a fun extra; a button alternative is always available for players who cannot or do not want to use voice input.
At Events
Venues are selected with step-free access where possible. Specific venue accessibility is listed on the Events page for each night. If it's not listed, ask us before you buy.
Hosts speak through a PA and song titles also appear on a visible screen so hearing-impaired players can follow along.
We can pre-print large-format bingo cards if you let us know at least 48 hours before the event.
Service animals are always welcome.
Known Limitations
The Web Speech API used by the in-game "yell to win" feature is not supported on all browsers (notably older Safari). The on-screen "I yelled it" button is the fallback.
Some user-submitted gallery images may be missing detailed alt text. We are working to add this.
Feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site or at one of our nights, please
tell us, we want to fix it. Email
info@takemebackbingo.com with the
page (or event) and what went wrong, and we'll respond within 5 business days.
