Schools · Nonprofits · Community Groups
The fundraiser people actually want to go to.
A turn‑key music bingo night that raises real money for your PTA, nonprofit, sports team, or church group. Host + DJ + full setup + prize donation coordination. NJ + NYC.
Why This Beats a Bake Sale
Fundraisers are boring. This one isn’t.
The average school fundraiser raises $3–5 per attendee. A music bingo night raises $25–50 per attendee, because people pay for a ticket AND stay for the drinks/food/raffle upsells. Everyone plays. Everyone dances. Nobody feels like they gave “out of obligation.”
We’ve run fundraisers for PTAs (elementary through high school), church groups, youth sports teams, veterans’ nonprofits, and community centers. The format works whether your crowd is 50 people or 300+.
We handle the entertainment side end‑to‑end. Your team handles ticketing, venue, and food. We’ll walk you through the ticket pricing math on the intro call so the fundraiser actually clears money.
The Fundraiser Format
How a fundraiser night actually runs.
- Discovery call — free, 20 minutes. We ask about the org, the cause, the audience age range, the venue you have in mind, and what you’re trying to raise. From that we recommend a ticket price, song pool theme, and expected attendance target.
- Custom song pool built to the crowd. PTA fundraiser for parents of school‑age kids? 80s dance floor + 90s R&B. Church group? Same but skip the harder tracks. Veterans group? 60s/70s crossover. We build the pool for the people who’ll actually be in the room.
- We show up and run the entertainment. Host on the mic, DJ with full sound, printed cards, daubers, prize logistics. Setup is ~45 minutes. Fundraisers typically start with an intro from the org leader, then hand it to us.
- Raffle + auction integration. Between rounds is prime raffle‑drawing time. Our host will hand the mic to your org rep to draw raffles, take bids on silent auction items, or run the “heads or tails” upsell. All included in the format.
- Post-event: photos + wrap. We hand you the group photos and the total attendance count. You handle the thank‑you email.
What’s Included
In the fundraiser package.
- Host on the mic — adapts to the org’s tone. School fundraiser = family‑friendly energy. Adults‑only nonprofit gala = grown‑and‑sexy.
- DJ + full sound system — we bring the speaker rig sized for your room.
- Custom song pool — tuned to your audience’s era and comfort level.
- Printed cards + daubers — one per attendee, uniquely generated. Optional custom branding with your org’s name.
- Prize coordination — we can source generic prizes OR help you solicit donated prizes from local businesses (a common fundraiser hack).
- Raffle / auction MC support — our host runs raffle draws and auction bids as part of the flow.
- Group photos — taken during the event, sent to you post‑event for social/thank‑you use.
Ticket Math
A rough model for what you’ll clear.
Take a typical PTA fundraiser as an example:
- Venue: school gym or auditorium — usually free for the org
- Guests: 150 parents & community
- Ticket price: $35 pp (typical fundraiser floor)
- Gross ticket revenue: $5,250
- Our fee: $2,000 (turn‑key including all setup)
- Raffle upsell: $10 per raffle ticket, ~$800 total
- Silent auction: variable, typically $500–2,000
- Net to the org: $4,500–6,000
Actual numbers depend on your ticket price, venue costs, and how aggressive the raffle/auction is. We walk through the math on the intro call.
